A ROAD in Cam has now been cleared and reopened to traffic after it was closed due to a lorry becoming stuck this morning.
The heavy goods vehicle became wedged in Drake Lane at around 7.50am and the road was shut in both directions.
A police spokeswoman said: "At about 7.50am we had a report of a single vehicle collision involving a lorry and a tree. The road was blocked but no-one was injured."
Walls Recovery pulled the wagon back down the lane and it is now parked up on the Littlecombe development, awaiting repairs.
Here is a bird's eye view of the lorry when it was stuck:
Many thanks to Global TV UK for the footage.
