ARRESTS have been made after a teenager was assaulted in Hunderton yesterday.
The 18-year-old victim was walking on Luard Walk at around 3pm on January 29 when he was approached by another male, who is reported to have assaulted him near the junction with Lewis Smith Avenue.
the victim suffered injuries to his arm and was taken to hospital.
Police said that a 17-year-old boy from Hereford was arrested on suspicion of assault and a 52-year-old woman, also from Hereford, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They both remain in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Mark Peters said: "An investigation have commenced and we are keen for anyone who saw the incident or who was in the area at the time to please come forward.
"Any information, no matter how small, could be significant to our investigation."
