A HEREFORDSHIRE charity has places at its new centre in Ledbury for people needing help with motor disabilities.

Megan Baker House offers a lifeline for adults suffering from conditions such as dyspraxia, cerebral palsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

Its new centre in Orchard Lane, Ledbury, has been open since April, and has spaces for new users.

The charity is best known for its work with children at its base in Leominster. Last year Hereford Times readers raised £35,000 to transform the lives of 10 youngsters who received help there.

Chief executive Lee Gough said: "Our Ledbury centre is taking off in a number of different directions.

"We can help people with a range of motor difficulties, adults as well as children. Anyone who thinks they might benefit from our help should contact us and find out more."
