THIS picture shows the damage caused to a car in a crash on the A465 in Pontrilas.
The crash between a car and a lorry was near to Pontrilas Timber Merchants, Westwood Industrial Estate on Wednesday at around 6pm.
The car had front end damage and the lorry had rear end damage.
A single ambulance attended and an off-duty student paramedic and a doctor were also on scene assisting.
Both drivers were out of the vehicles on the ambulance service's arrival.
The male car driver was assessed and taken to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.
A fire crew from Ewyas Harold attended and assisted police with traffic management.
