A LORRY driver has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A438 near Ledbury.

Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Strensham air ambulance were called to the scene of the crash, which involved two lorries and a car, just after 1.35pm today.

The male driver of one lorry was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital by ambulance for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be serious.

A second person was treated for minor injuries and discharged at the scene by paramedics.

A road closure remains in place between the Trumpet Crossroads and Ledbury at Falcon Lane.
