TWO teenagers have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Hereford.
Police were called at 7pm last Friday to Ethelstan Crescent in Newton Farm.
West Mercia Police described the incident as a “physical altercation” which resulted in a 20-year-old man sustaining a puncture wound to his lower back.
The victim, who is believed to be a student, also suffered bruising to his face while his phone and glasses were taken.
Police added that a 16-year-old boy from Evesham was arrested for attempted assault and theft, and has been released under investigation.
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old man, also from Evesham, was arrested for attempted assault and theft, and is currently in custody.
Investigations are on-going and police officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the offence.
