A HEREFORD firm has been recognised again for its excellence in customer care.
TPG DisableAids Ltd, a stairlift and disability equipment specialist based in Plough Lane won the ‘Team of the Year’ award at the national awards ceremony of the British Healthcare Trades Associations (BHTA) held at Alton Towers.
This is an award based on feedback from customers that have returned feedback forms to the trade association.
It covers elements of the customer ‘Code of Practice’ which is endorsed by the Trading Standards Institute.
This win follows on from being the BHTA Retailer of the Year last year and the Herefordshire Business Awards Employer of the Year last month.
The award was presented by Simon Weston, the Falkland War veteran, who commented on the commitment and dedication of companies like TPG that had made a big difference to his life during his years of rehabilitation.
