Walford parish council tops the list with a total of nine complaints against its members, followed closely by Marden, Cradley and Border Group which had eight, six and five respectively.

Ledbury and Leominster town councils received four and three respectively, while Belmont Rural and Llangarron had two each.

The remaining parish councils of Almeley, Bartestree and Lugwardine, Dinedor, Garway, How Caple, Sollershope and Yatton, Ocle Pychard, Pencombe and Little Cowerne, Sutton St Nicholas and Tarrington along with Hereford city council received one each.
