OVER 250 villagers young and old turned out on Armistice Day 2018 to remember the end of the First World War.
Remembrance Day is always important to Credenhill and this year was no exception.
The community decorated the village with poppies, flags and silent soldiers and airmen.
The church was beautifully decorated with various displays of poppies created by church members and different village organisations.
The Remembrance Day service in the school ended with a 'peace' lunch of hot soup and ration boxes.
The success of the event was largely down to the organisation of churchwarden Dorrie Coates, who wishes to thank everyone involved in the preparations that made the day so memorable.
