POLICE are warning residents of a number of burglaries in a village in south Herefordshire.
Police community support officer Fiona Witcher from Golden Valley Safer Neighbourhood Team issued the warning on Tuesday.
She said: "We'd like to make you aware that there have been three reported incidents of burglaries in Ewyas Harold village - two garages were broken into and an outbuilding in a back garden was entered.
"The incidents were located in Old Shoppe Lands, Pontrilas Road and in the village centre; it appears they did not all happen on the same night so either the same offenders are returning or it is purely coincidental."
Items stolen includes a pressure washer, electric drills, strimmers, golf clubs, woodworking tools and a lawn mower.
PCSO Witcher asked residents to check the security of their garages and outbuildings, and consider using a property marking solution such as SmartWater to mark your property.
Always record the serial numbers of electrical devices.
