A TOILET charge will be introduced at town council facilities in Ross-on-Wye next week.
Work is due to begin next week on installing coin-operated systems at the toilet blocks in Red Meadow and Wye Street.
The charge will be 20p, while the disabled toilet will be accessible via a Radar key and will be free of charge.
There will be baby changing facilities in both the female and male toilets.
Ross town council took on the toilets in a asset transfer from the county council to ensure that they stayed open. There is a cost involved in maintaining and cleaning the toilets, and this charge will offset some of these costs.
