THE Herefordshire Dementia Friendly Communities Conference will be held on November 22 at Grange Court, Leominster from 10am to 4pm.
This free event is about celebrating all that has been achieved so far in making Herefordshire dementia friendly.
The conference will help the community reflect on experiences so far and help identify how more can be achieved.
Participants will hear from a range of people, including people affected by dementia, about the Herefordshire Dementia Strategy, Dementia Friendly Communities, Meeting Centres and a range of other county-wide initiatives.
In the afternoon they will have the opportunity to input ideas into the workshops and help shape future strategy and initiatives.
A dementia awareness session will be available at the end of the conference for those who have not yet attended one.
