Beloved Wife of the late David Clements, beautiful precious Mum of Adrian, Trudy and Andy, fond Mother in Law to Clive, special Nan of Joel, Hannah and Rhys. A Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs RC Church, Hereford, on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018, at 2pm followed by Burial at St Martin's Church.
