MARGARET and Les Barclay have spent years transforming their garden at Bury Court Farmhouse in Wigmore.
On Sunday, September 23 they are opening it between 2pm - 5pm as a fundraiser for St Michael’s Hospice.
The opening will be the Hospice’s final Open Gardens event of the season, with plans already being drawn up for next year’s programme.
The garden at Bury Court has the early-19th century farmhouse as its backdrop and it boasts an abundance of autumn colour.
The semi-walled garden is on two levels and has Yew and Cupressus trees, Michaelmas daisies, a small apple orchard, and a pond with great crested newts.
Enjoy tea and cake while overlooking the courtyard and terraced area filled with trees, herbaceous borders and a fishpond.
