THE countdown is on to tomorrow night's prestigious Hereford Times Health and Social Care Awards 2018.

The event will honour an inspiring group of individuals and organisations who thoroughly deserve recognition for their dedication and service.

The presentation of awards will be held at Lyde Arundel, on the outskirts of Hereford, tomorrow (Tuesday, September 18).

The evening will be the culmination of a three-month quest to find those who have made outstanding efforts within the health and social care sector in Herefordshire.

We would like to thank all our sponsors for helping make these awards possible, our judges, and all those who took the trouble to make a nomination.

It remains only to wish all our magnificent finalists the very best of luck. See you tomorrow!
