EVANS Sylvia Formerly of Holme Lacy. Passed away peacefully at St Michael's Hospice on Sunday August 5th, 2018. Aged 88 years. Surrounded by her Family. She will be sadly missed. Funeral Service Tuesday 21st August, 1.30pm at Hereford Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations gratefully received in memory of Sylvia to St Michael's Hospice.
