LLANWARNE village held their annual summer fete on July 7.
Themed as a seaside resort, the many visitors enjoyed all the fun of the beach.
Following the fancy dress competition they were able to enjoy a large sand pit and sandcastle competition, making seagulls, beach volleyball, a boat full of balloons and the traditional duck race and egg throwing competition.
The fun dog show and agility competition were well supported by the local dog lovers.
The heat of the afternoon was made more bearable by the cool glasses of Pimms, delicious ice cream and the dipping of feet in the paddling pool.
The afternoon was perfectly rounded off with a plate of fish and chips.
