Paul Brooks and his Ludlow Jazz Collective return to Aardvark Books in Brampton Bryan for another fantastic Jazz performance to accompany a delicious American style Brunch on Saturday from 11am to 2pm.
As Aardvark Books' co-owner Sheridan Swinson says: "Playing a mixture of jazz classics, standards, Latin swing and some blues, Paul and his group delighted a packed house last year and we are so pleased that he can rejoin us for 2018."
This year’s Ludlow Jazz Collective are: leader Paul Brooks on piano, Roy Johnson on saxophone, Andrew Sime on drums and Aardvark favourite Dayne Cranenburgh on acoustic bass.
As Paul Brooks says: "We are delighted to be returning to Aardvark again this year, with a slightly different line-up. There is something about listening to Jazz and eating brunch which just seems to go together."
The brunch is also designed to mark the beginning of the Aardvark Books' annual sale which lasts from the July 14 to 29, with thousands of books for sale from £0.50. On the first weekend, customers will also enjoy discounts throughout the shop – on Saturday and Sunday only.
Access to the performance is free of charge as is parking, but the brunch costs from £8 per person.
