AN early morning joint police and council operation was carried out in Kington rural.
Last Thursday an inter-agency search warrant was carried out at a property in the early hours of the morning.
The police attended this pre-planned warrant in a supporting capacity while Herefordshire Council led the operation.
A Herefordshire Council spokesman said: “Herefordshire Council Environmental Health and Trading Standards team executed warrants on a property in rural Herefordshire last Thursday (May 31).
“The officers were supported by police from the safer neighbourhood team and a fire service officer. Immigration and Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) officers were also present to assist.
“During the course of the warrant several offences were discovered and investigations are ongoing.”
