PART of the former HSBC bank building in Ledbury could soon be converted into a home.
HSBC’s office on High Street closed down on July 1, 2016, with the bank blaming an increase in the use of telephone and online banking.
Now applicant Rory Jones is asking Herefordshire Council for permission to change part of the ground floor use from commercial premises to a self-contained residential accommodation.
He also wishes to alter the frontage, remove redundant banking elements and create an entrance door.
