Pianist Maria Marchant, acknowledged by BBC Music Magazine as a ‘rising star’, will play a mixed and varied programme of piano music at the Lion Ballroom in Leominster on Sunday, April 22 at 3pm. It will include Beethoven’s ‘Moonlight’ Sonata, Brahms’ Intermezzo Op 117 No 1, Liszt’s 2nd Ballade in B minor and works by Handel, Clara Schumann, Ireland and Roderick Williams.
