Recognised by the Observer as a Rising Star in Food, Olia Hercules will be cooking a traditional four course dinner designed to celebrate the unique and flavourful foods of Ukraine. As the author of two highly acclaimed recipe books, Mamushka and Kaukasis, Olia is quickly becoming a household name and has regular guest appearances on TV shows such as Saturday Kitchen.
