THE world's largest services company which works with Hereford County Hospital has received a gold accreditation recognition.

Sodexo, provides catering and other management services at the hospital and other locations across the country.

The company has been working at the hospital for over 20 years and has 340 staff on site.

Last week Sodexo received the coveted Investors in People (IIP) gold accreditation for its work at the hospital and 13 other sites they run.

IIP provides a best practice people management standard, defining what it means to lead, manage and support people well for sustainable results.

Julie Moakes, business director, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded gold status by Investors in People. It has been a true team effort and everyone has worked really hard towards this achievement.”
