The race has run for the last 38 years and is held over three days starting at Turners Boat, by Whitney-on-Wye, and finishing at Huntsham.
The first raft to cross the finish line was the Wonder Y team from Tring in Hertfordshire, followed by Patrick's Gulpers from Marlbrook, Hope under Dinmore.
Madsat, from Madley Satellite Station came in third with an eight man crew.
Chevron from Ross-on-Wye was fourth and new team T Far To Go was fifth, which also won The Golden Paddle for endurance.
The new Mayor of Hereford Jim Kenyon was a paddler on the Victory Pirates raft and when he finished the race he presented the winners with their trophies.
The race, which is 70 miles long, began in 1978, originally as a bet between two pubs.
