SCHOOLS around Herefordshire may be shutting for half term next week but one is remaining open as Herefordshire Young Farmers’ stage three evenings of drama.
On Thursday, Teme Valley YFC, Eardisley YFC and Lugg Valley & Orleton YFC will take to the stage at the Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School from 7pm for the County Drama Festival.
Smaller clubs have the opportunity to tread the boards as well, with previous performers including musicians, comedy sketches and dance routines.
The winners of the Junior and Senior Member of the Year competitions will be announced, as well as the De La Tour Davies Charity Competition.
On Saturday, Herefordshire YFC County Choir will be performing.
Tickets can be bought by calling 01432 274187. Prices are adults £6, concessions £5, children (under 14s) £4, and a Family Ticket, £18.
