RSPCA are appealing for any cases of pet cruelty to be reported to them after a cat was shot in Presteigne
A PET owner in a border town was given a fright days before Christmas when they learned that their cat had been shot by an air weapon.
The cat was found in their neighbour's garden on Sunday, December 20, at around 11am in Lugg View, Presteigne.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact A/PS 583 Andrew Barden of Knighton and Presteigne Police Station, on 101 or 01267 222020.
