GLASSES were raised to celebrate the refurbishment of an old Hereford building.
Penn House in Broad Street has been given a facelift with seven offices and a new lift. Guests enjoyed a reception to mark the re-launch with Martin and Pat Churchward, the former directors of M and M Sports Ltd who oversaw the improvements, and project architect Roger Peachey.
