HEART-warming stories are wanted for a new project recording the history of some of Herefordshire's best-known rivers.
More than 500 people have taken part in reminiscence workshops and video interviews to tell the story of the journey of four of the county's rivers.
The unique project is being run by Age Concern and so far many sad stories have been told.
Organisers now want some happier tales, possibly about rescue missions, about life on the Wye, Frome, Arrow or Lugg for inclusion on the River Tales DVD.
The DVD will be released at the end of this year and anyone with any tales can contact Katya Coupland on 01568 760545 or rivers@fieldofvision.co.uk A short trailer of the project, which is partly funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, can be seen at www.fieldofvision. co.uk
