ENERGY SURVEY - Readers in Wales who have had a Household Energy Survey carried out by Lightfoot will have received a letter asking for their help.

Lightfoot would appreciate customers telling it how they have got on with saving in energy in their home and if they would be willing to participate in a free re-survey. The information shared will be used to help Lightfoot improve how it helps people save energy. Lightfoot is finding that the demand for the help has been increasing. It has been gradual, but is now accelerating, even though there has been a warm summer, reflecting the strain rising energy prices are putting on householder’s incomes. Last winter Lightfoot became increasingly aware of how many people are making the stark choice between putting the heating on and debt. Those participating will be helping Lightfoot to help others. This project is funded by Environment Wales, and participation will help many others not just the local community. Lightfoot’s volunteers are already working hard to make a difference, and there are many tasks they need help with. To help, please contact Mandy Brick at mandy@lightfoot.
