Plans for phase one of the Urban Village
HEREFORD’S Urban Village took another big step forward yesterday (August 7) when Herefordshire Council’s planning committee approved initial plans for the housing development on Merton Meadow.
The first phase of the Sanctuary Group project will see between 173 and 192 city centre units built on the site to the north of Edgar Street football ground.
Detailed plans will now be submitted over the next few months.
