A FREE course for people with long-term health conditions is on offer to people in Bromyard.
The Expert Patients Programme, run by Wye Valley NHS Trust, brings together people suffering illnesses including arthritis, diabetes, asthma, back pain and depression to try to help them control their illnesses.
The first is on August 6 at Bromyard Community Hospital from 11am to 1.30pm and five further sessions will be held every Tuesday. For more information, call 01432 364463.
