THE HEREFORD RAIL MALE VOICE CHOIR – The Friends of Stoke Lacy Church have arranged a concert by the Hereford Rail Male Voice Choir in the church tomorrow (Friday) from 7.30pm. Entrance £7 (pay on the door) and this will include light refreshments.
PARISH COUNCIL – Stoke Lacy parish council will meet in the village hall on Wednesday at the earlier time of 7pm and will begin with the annual parish meeting.
This meeting is for everyone who lives in the Stoke Lacy civil parish and is on the Stoke Lacy register of electors. Anyone with local concerns or ideas is welcome to attend.
THE WI – The Much Cowarne WI will meet at 7.30pm in Stoke Lacy village hall on May 10 when members will hear Christopher Graham give a talk entitled Butchery Cuts – Meat and Cookery. The competition for the evening will be for a six-line poem entitled Chris the Butcher.
