CHURCH SERVICE – There will be a service at Leinthall Earls on Sunday at 3.30pm.
NATURE TRUST – The Aymestrey branch of the Nature Trust will meet on Thursday, April 25 at 7.30pm when Robin Strachen will talk on Animal Tracks.
WALKING WEEKEND – Plans are underway for Aymestrey’s first ever walking weekend from May 10-12. To kick-start the weekend there will be a showing of the film The Way (12). Tickets will be available in advance on the door at £3.50. On May 11 there will be a circular walk (eight miles) finishing with a cream tea in Aymestrey parish hall for £6 and on May 12 a walk (four miles) finishing with lunch in the parish hall for £8.
