To the nieces, nephews, former colleagues and many friends of the late Irene Patricia Jones (Rene), we wish to extend our sincere gratitude to all who attended her funeral. We also thank those unable to attend for sending such kind and thoughtful wishes at such a difficult time.Mum would have loved the service, sunny day and seeing so many enjoying a hearty lunch whilst remembering her incredible 93+ years and the many stories associated with it. She would also have greatly appreciated the generosity that donated around £200 to Macmillan, the charity that did so much for dad and her in his final days when he died over 30 years ago.
