DEWSALL Court’s popular Supper Club will welcome local chefs Jonny Evans and Billy Pallett for an evening of gastronomic indulgence on Saturday, January 19.

The duo, who have worked with the likes of Jamie Oliver and Raymond Blanc, are set to host a special instalment of Dewsall’s renowned Supper Club, showcasing the very best in local produce and cooking know-how.

Following in the footsteps of previous Supper Club hosts including Valentine Warner and Martin Blunos, Evans and Pallett will design and cook a mouthwatering five-course menu, featuring Hereford hock with lovage and English truffle, and scallops with textures of parsnip, chicken, vanilla and ginger jus.

Tickets for the Jonny Evans and Billy Pallett Supper Club are £55 each. Rooms are also available for the night.
