A SUPERB collection of over 20 Cognacs from the 1840s will be sold as part of Brightwells’ upcoming wine and spirit auction to be held at 11am on Wednesday, May 2.
The Cognacs have lain undisturbed in a Staffordshire Cellar for over 100 years.
Brightwells’ customers will have the unique opportunity to taste from one of the collection: an Estapis Cognac, produced in 1848.
Tasting will be available from 3pm - 7pm on Tuesday, May 1 and 9am - 10.30am on the morning of the sale.
The auction also features classic French wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy, Vintage Port and over 200 bottles of rare Malt Whisky.
