From Hereford, proceed in a southerly direction on the A49 towards Ross on Wye. At the crossroads, adjacent to the Broadleys public house, turn left into Holme Lacy Road and at the mini roundabout turn right towards Little Dewchurch and Hoarwithy. Continue out of the city, passing under the railway bridge and proceed for a further 3 miles. At a staggered crossroads bear left towards Holme Lacy and continue for just over a mile and the property will be found on the left-hand side.

Alternative route: Leave Hereford on the B4224 to Fownhope and pass through Mordiford. Turn rioght over Holme Lacy bridge onto the B4399. Go through Holme Lacy village, as you leave the centre of the village, after the college, turn left sign posted for Bogmarsh, Aconbury and Newtown. Travel up this lane for 1.7 miles, then take the right turn down an unmarked lane ( there is a speed bump as a marker at the top of this lane). Yew Tree Cottage is the first property.
