The Site:

The site extends to approximately 4.45 acres, including the public open space. The site has the benefit of an outlook over open farmland to the north and west and extensive views to the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. A public footpath links the site to a full range of local amenities.


The Village of Madley is located approximately 6 miles west of the City of Hereford and has the advantage of a dual route into the city, either the direct route via Clehonger or the alternative route via Bridge Sollars, which although slightly longer, does have the benefit of reduced congestion at certain times. The village itself has an extensive range of local amenities including well established popular Primary School, Church, Post Office, shops, community facilities, Public House/Restaurant together with easy access to and from both Hereford City and the Market Town of Hay on Wye some 6 and 14 miles respectively.
