Bristol is just 37 miles away via the Severn Bridge, having Abergavenny en route with a food festival amongst the attractions of this increasingly popular market town, under 10 miles from the property.

Planning permission

Planning permission has been obtained from Herefordshire County Council ref: 192553 for the conversion of this existing redundant building from a storage barn to residential. This permission was granted for three years from the 11th December 2019. This barn could therefore provide excellent additional ancillary accommodation or has the potential to be able to provide a useful income through holiday lets. It should be noted that the permission is for a stand alone dwelling allowing it to be sold off separately, if required.

Remaining outbuildings

Accessed from a separate driveway is a small paddock leading down to a large detached dutch barn, open at one end for storage with a further enclosed storage barn at the rear.
