The Property

This detached home sits in a rural location on the edge of this small village, just beyond Milbourne. As the name suggest, it is a haven for wildlife, with deer, rabbits and plentiful birdlife in the adjacent paddock and surrounding fields. The Woodbridge brook runs past Garsdon Mill and under the adjacent 'Tanners bridge', which this part of the village is locally referred to as. The accommodation currently comprises a two bedroom house with a one bedroom self contained flat at the rear. On the right hand side is a detached stone built outbuilding and it is presumed this could easily be incorporated, and indeed enlarged, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent.
