A LORRY driver has denied drug-driving on a busy main road in Herefordshire.
Alexander Rogers entered a not guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in February.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 37-year-old is accused of driving a Scania on the A44 between Westington Court and Noakes Cottage via Bredenbury, near Bromyard on July 20.
It is alleged that he was driving while over the drug-driving limit with 4.6 microgrammes of class B controlled drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood on that date

The legal driving limit of the drug is two microgrammes.
The case was sent for a case management hearing, and Rogers, of Cow Lane in Sytchampton, Stourport-on-Severn, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before Kidderminster Magistrates' Court next on April 4.
