Charlotte Ibbs MRICS FAAV – Deputy Land Steward, Duchy of Cornwall

Charlotte completed her first degree at Bristol University, followed by a masters in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. She subsequently worked for Balfours in Shropshire, mainly involved in estate management and professional work and qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers,

Charlotte joined the Duchy in 2008, returning to the county she was born and brought up in. She took on responsibility for the management of around 17,000 acres stretching from Gloucestershire to Nottinghamshire and Carmarthenshire to Norfolk, with the majority of the land being in Herefordshire.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys competing in dog agility and riding, and spending time with her two children.
