Best Place to Work Award

This award will go to the company which believes its environment is the best place to work. The judges will be interested in how the company treats employees with respect and equality; how a company encourages employees to take pride in their work and how the atmosphere created in the workplace is conducive to a successful team environment. The judges will be interested in how this business has maintained its culture while its staff worked from home during the pandemic and the ways it has adapted to ensure its staff still think it is the best place to work.

All submissions must be 500 words or less.
