NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

Herefordshire Council hereby gives notice that in exercise of its statutory enabling powers it is proposing to make THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (HEREFORD CITY CENTRE) ORDER 2019, the effect of which will be:

1. To introduce and restate (where there is no change) restrictions on the east side of St Peter's Square (U80010) as described in the table below:

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

Herefordshire Council hereby gives notice that in exercise of its statutory enabling powers it is proposing to designate the section of footway below on the west side of the junction of St Owen's Street (also known as St Owen Street) and Mill Street, as shared-use:

Mill Street (U80023 & St Owen Street junction, west side, from 14m west of Mill Street southwards to 14m south of St Owen Street (U80010, also known as St Owen Street)

(Please note that the footway will be extended to accommodate this facility and there will be slight change in the location of traffic signal controlled crossing, together with the provision of a pedestrian display and call facility)
