Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council, Addition of Restricted Byway BN8 Bishopstone and ML1 Mansell Lacy Modification Order 2018
The above Order made on 19th November, 2018, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following:
Addition of Restricted Byway BN8 Bishopstone
- Running from Unclassified road U90016 at OS Grid Reference SO 4270, 4337 to the Bishopstone/Mansell Lacy parish boundary at OS Grid Reference 4267, 4351.
Addition of Restricted Byway ML1 Mansell Lacy - Running from the Bishopstone/Mansell Lacy parish boundary at OS Grid Reference
4267, 4351 to OS Grid Reference 4273, 4360.
Copies of the Order and plan may be seen free of charge at Hereford Customer Services, Blueschool House, Blueschool Street, Hereford, HR1 2LX, during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Representations or objections to the Order must be made in writing to Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or by email to HerefordshirePROW@bblivingplaces.com, quoting reference PROW/M250 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 31st January, 2019. Your details may be imparted to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm that Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
