The above order made on 30th August, 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath LD10 (Part) in the Parish of Little Dewchurch running from OS Grid Reference SO 5622, 3153 to County Road U72004 at OS Grid Reference SO 5632, 3147. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width,
running from OS Grid Reference SO 5622, 3153 to County Road U72004 at OS Grid Reference SO 5635, 3152.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
