Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14, Herefordshire Council, Footpath LB29 (Part) Little Birch, Public Path Diversion Order 2018

The above order was made on 14th August, 2018 by Herefordshire Council ("the Council").

The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath LB29 in the Parish of Little Birch running from OS Grid Reference SO 5310, 3000 to OS Grid reference SO 5315, 2997. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 5310, 3000 to re-join the existing footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 5315,

Copies of the order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB during normal opening hours. Copies may be purchased on payment of the photocopying charges of the Council. Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Representations or objections to the order must be made in writing to Will Steel, Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or via email to HerefordshirePROW@bblivingplaces.com, quoting reference PROW/TCPA94 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 21st September, 2018. Your details, may be made available to third parties.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or, if any so made, are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
