Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council, (Addition of Restricted Byway BM30 Bodenham) Modification Order 2018
On 25th June, 2018 the County of Herefordshire District Council (known as "Herefordshire Council") confirmed the above Order without modification.
The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the Restricted Byway running from the U94017 near Upper Maund Farm at OS Grid Reference SO 5666 4893 to Footpath BM22 Bodenham and bridleway Felton FL9 at OS Grid
Reference SO 5668 4874.
Copies of the confirmed Order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB, between the hours of 10.00 am - 4.15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 10.00 am - 4.00 pm Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council. Copies are also available on Herefordshire Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

The Order took effect on 25th June, 2018, but if
any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of section 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or that any requirements of Schedule 15 to the said Act have not been complied with, they may apply to the High Court within 42 days of the date of publication of this notice in the local press.
