The above order made on 6th July, 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath MM19 (Part) in the Parish of Much Marcle running from County Road C1289 at OS Grid Reference SO 6599, 3102 to County Road U67420 at OS Grid Reference SO 6569, 3031. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from
County Road C1289 at OS Grid Reference SO 6600, 3085 to County Road U67420 at OS Grid Reference SO 6569, 3031.

If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
