The above order made on 18th May, 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpaths MR44 (Part) in the Parish of Marden and ST3 (Part) in the Parish of Sutton St Nicholas running from OS Grid Reference SO 5199, 4577 to OS Grid Reference SO 5223, 4586. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 5199, 4577 to OS Grid Reference SO 5223, 4586.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
